Human resources and administration encompass a whole lot of different areas that affect us daily, even if we don’t always notice. In fact, the least we have to think about it, the smoother everything is going, right?
HR is in charge of taking care of you. They deal with your requests, claims, complaints, and any issues that come up. Yes, issues do come up even in our beautiful Dephion, but the magic of it is that we work on them together.
You also get a person of trust. A confidant with no other interest than to make sure you’re well. If there is anything you’ve got to say, but don’t know who to say it to, find him. He’s here for you.

Visma allows us to keep all documents, forms, and claims thoroughly organized and accessible. This platform makes it easy to pull up your contract if you need to revise it, change your home address if you’ve moved, or let us know that there is a hammock and a piña colada waiting for you in Hawaii at the beginning of summer.
That and much more, because we do love our forms!
Flexible Hours
Our hours are as flexible as an Olympic gymnast at the top of her career. They can be bent and shaped to your will… within reason, and as long as you produce what you’ve come to produce. Your work isn’t metered by the minute or even the hour, it’s measured in its quality, finish, and shine. Whether you got most of it done in the early hours of the morning or after you woke up at 11 a.m. is of little import to us. Just be good at it and keep us in the loop.
And yet, no matter how flexible your hours are, there is a good chance you’ll be spending a lot of time at The Cubic, which is why we have stocked it with plenty of comfort and coziness and keep it at just the right temperature. You could probably even sleep in there if you don’t mind coach John watching you intently from the sidelines. (Please don’t.)
The Cubic is accessible all day and all night with your badge. Just don’t forget to lock up if you’re the last one in the building, we do have lots of expensive toys lying around.
